We offer free international shipping on all orders. Orders ship from Ukraine with tracked international delivery and are delivered via UPS, FedEx, OnTrac (U.S./Canada), or international postal services depending on your location and the best available option. Most international deliveries arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks, though timing can vary and occasional customs delays may occur. We cover standard export duties from Ukraine. Any additional import taxes or carrier handling fees assessed at delivery (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. After your order is placed, our team will reach out to confirm any details needed to complete your made-to-order set.
As soon as your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

1) Eligibility
• We accept exchange & returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date your order ships.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
2) Final Sale & Hygiene
• For hygiene reasons, intimates (panties, stockings, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Items marked Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for return.
3) Exchanges
• Bras may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).
• Pajama suits and sleepwear may be returned if they meet the eligibility requirements.
4) Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the price paid for the item.
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5) Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
• Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
6) International Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are non-refundable.
7) Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
• For international orders, we also offer store credit or exchange.
As international shipping, duties, and taxes can make traditional refunds more complex and costly for customers, we typically offer store credit or an exchange for international orders. Refunds are issued if an item is defective or incorrect.
8) How to Start a Return
• Contact us with your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
• We will guide you through the process and send you the required instructions.
Express Order is available, USD 35 per order – you will get it within approximately 7-10 days – please, let us know in case you need the Express option.
We create every piece in our atelier and offer customization on request.
All LoveUnder orders are ethically made to order, with an individual approach to fit and details. This made-to-order model helps reduce waste—we don’t overproduce, and we work only with carefully selected materials.
