1) Eligibility

• We accept exchange & returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date your order ships.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

2) Final Sale & Hygiene

• For hygiene reasons, intimates (panties, stockings, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Items marked Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for return.

3) Exchanges

• Bras may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).

• Pajama suits and sleepwear may be returned if they meet the eligibility requirements.

4) Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the price paid for the item.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5) Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

• Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6) International Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are non-refundable.

7) Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

• For international orders, we also offer store credit or exchange.
